Intuitive parking management panel
The heart of our system is the airport parking management panel. You can accept new reservations, mark the start and end of parking, configure pricing, access statistics, assign tasks to employees, and settle cash received physically at the parking lot.
Synchronization of reservations from various sources
Thanks to our system, your reservations from various sources will be available in one place. You can easily find a reservation by its number, entry/exit date, customer name, phone number, or email address. This means all reservations received at the parking lot can be handled in one tool. Centralizing reservation data allows efficient management of parking spaces and minimizes errors resulting from manual data transfer between, for example, provider systems and Excel spreadsheets.
Invoicing integration
Our system will take care of issuing invoices for customers. You don't need to control which reservation should receive a document - our system will do it for you. Immediately after completing a reservation, for customers who need it, an invoice will be issued and then sent to the email address used to make the reservation.
Online payments with low commission
Whether a customer makes their reservation through your website, by phone, or through an external provider, you can send them a message with instructions on how to pay for the reservation online. This will reduce the number of reservations that don't materialize. You can choose one of three available online payment providers, and if you need integration with another, we can prepare it for you. Do you accept cash payments at the parking lot? You can also manage them in our system.
Responsiveness
Our system works excellently on computers, tablets, and phones, regardless of whether you work with iOS or Android. Whether you value mobility or working on a larger screen, you can now manage your parking in the way that's most convenient for you.

Our system clearly presents the real earnings of the parking lot, allows analysis of the number and revenue from individual reservation acquisition channels, and parking occupancy on specific days.
